Upon arrival, you’ll receive a code for secure access to your exclusive lakeside retreat via an electronic lock. This area, designed for your privacy and comfort, is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
We’re local to the area and happy to help with any questions about the town and surroundings. Free parking, along with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, are available for guest use in the summer.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful residential area and we kindly ask you to respect the community, environment, and your surrounding neighbors. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.
No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. No smoking is allowed. Pets are not permitted. Please do not bring food or drink into the bedrooms.
When you are not in the home, lock the doors, and store your valuables safely. While Serenity Cove and the surrounding area are very safe, the host and staff cannot be responsible for any lost or missing items.
