Location, location, location! This gorgeous 3 bedroom two story “penthouse” is located on the 8th floor, with no one is above you! You rent this unit for the million dollar views but we hope the upgraded comforts will have you coming back. We try to win you over with the upgraded furniture, luxury beds, modern fixtures, light decor and many comforts of home that you would provide your own VIP guests. The villa boasts generously sized living spaces, larger Master Suites, oversized lanais (this unit has 3!) and enormous kitchens. This particular unit is amongst one of the best in class.  Formal entry flooded by natural light with soaring ceilings & an abundance of windows. All new “life proof” wood flooring throughout gives you the clean you want in a beach home. Sweeping staircase graced with new carpet, leads to loft style 3rd bedroom with a king bed and a double bed plus futon. We closed for privacy with custom averte’ window treatments that now make this a private bedroom, but we didn’t seal the glass as it provided more views.This suite has walk in closet, enormous lanai w/breathtaking views, its own AC unit, large bathroom with brand new double vanity, barn doors, separated shower and new toilet with a view!   Downstairs you will find the other two Master Suites both with new upgraded king beds, ceiling fans, separately controlled AC units, huge flat screen TVs and private bathrooms with those views again. The brand new added front bedroom is unique as we added fully insulated walls and doors to provide privacy where most are open to the living room. Don’t miss the pride of our remodel which is this bathroom and walk in closet! The enormous spa shower has full length seat with shower wand and rain shower system! We even added a raised platform soaking tub surrounded by glass. The large kitchen with new quartz counters accented with new backsplash and fully equipped for the gourmet chef from Rachel Ray bakeware to an insta pot, crock pot, spice rack and more. New Stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge equipped with filtered water. Generous living and dining room area with two-story ceilings and of course that view! Dinning table with 8 chairs, 4 bar stools and dining alfresco on lanai - plenty room for gatherings. All new flooring and freshly painted. All 3 Bedrooms can access its own private Lanai( the front Master can access that lanai from either the BR or the LR) perfect for watching sunsets, turtles or you can watch whales during season from every direction and even catch rainbows! Well-located between Lahaina and Kapalua, near Kaanapali, In the quaint town of Kahana. Under 15 minutes from downtown Lahaina, Kahana Napili to Kapalua affords some of the best snorkeling & dining on the island. Perfect for all out-door activities; hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching or just taking in the sun. Which you can rent beach toys right downstairs. (Though we don’t guarantee, we do try to keep stocked some beach toys, etc.) We supply for each guest clean:  Fresh linens with duvet covers, luxury sheets, oversized pool/beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and dish towels that you can re-wash during your stay as your vacation condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. (We will supply soap for a few loads too!)  Conveniently located with parking on site!   Easy walk to Maui Brewing Company, best coffee shop, China Boat(deliciousness and they deliver), and yes, McDonalds! In addition, right across the street from Miso Phat Sushi (highly rated and perfect to go) and Dollies Pizza and Pub (famous for Pizza and late night drinks). Rare on-site Beach House Restaurant is perfect to grab a drink and taco/burger or fresh fish!
