The Lodge - Sunroom, offers a tranquil space to soak in the beauty of the surrounding
mountain landscape. As you step into the room, you'll be greeted by warm wood accents and
cozy furnishings that create a sense of mountain-inspired serenity. The sunroom flooded with
natural light, provides the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with
a good book in the afternoon. The centerpiece of the room is a luxurious king-size bed, adorned
with plush pillows and soft linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of outdoor
adventures. Nice windows frame picturesque views of the rugged peaks and towering pines,
inviting you to connect with nature from the comfort of your room. The bathroom and shower
allow you to freshen up in the morning or relax after your day spent outside.
For added convenience and flexibility, two rooms can connect through the adjoining sunrooms,
allowing guests to enjoy the extra space and privacy while still staying close together.

Full Refund (minus $35 + taxes cancellation fee): Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of their reservation amount, excluding a $35 cancellation fee and applicable taxes, if the cancellation is made up to two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled reservation date.

Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) up to two weeks (14 days) before the reservation, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours before 4pm (2 days) of the reservation date will not be eligible for any refund.

Extreme Weather Rebooking: In the event of extreme weather conditions preventing travel to our lodge, guests may request a rebooking without penalty. Rebooking is subject to availability and must be arranged within 1 day of the original reservation date. The rebooked stay must occur within 60 days of the original reservation date.

No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellation must be made before 4:00 PM Mountain time on the day specified in order to qualify for a refund.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of the cancellation date. Please allow sufficient time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

We appreciate your understanding of our policies, which are designed to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our guests.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 25% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at check-out.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

Check-in time is at 3:30 PM.

Check-out time is at 10:30 AM.

Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and areas within the lodge. Guests found smoking will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations: Two dogs are allowed in designated vacation rentals only (The Two Bedroom Suite or The Spacious Studio).

A fee of $25 per day, per dog, will be charged. You need to use the Add-on Pet option for every dog while booking to register your dog(s) or call us after booking and we will be able to add your pet to your reservation..

*Pet policy is strictly enforced. Any guest found to have an unapproved pet on the premises will be charged a $250 fee.

The hotel reserves the right to charge a damage fee for any items broken or missing during/after the stay. The vacation rental units must be cleaned and the dishes must be cleaned and put away.
