Overview
The Ryan Summer House is a pet friendly accommodation in Bar Harbor Maine. The rental unit is a full size, one story home with a living room dining room and kitchen open floor plan. There is a King sized bedroom, a Queen sized bedroom and a queen bed in the fully carpeted loft. The loft has windows. The bedrooms have 100 cotton sheets and quilts and down comforters (when the weather is chilly). There is a roll-away bed in the closet, so that the entire family can be on vacation!
The full size kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and dishes and a microwave and coffee maker.
The front deck has a large gas BBQ and table and chairs with a large umbrella. The back deck has a picnic table and it’s own fenced doggie yard. Air conditioning, and heaters. Pure water from our pristine 600 foot well. The Summer House offers complete privacy, lots of space and beautiful wooded surroundings.
Free WI-FI! Free satellite TV, & DVD player. Maytag Washer and Dryer free inside the roomy bathroom. AC and space heaters for the Maine Island weather.
Walk or ride your bike down the driveway, cross route #233 and you are on the Carriage Trails of Acadia National Park. We are 2 miles from downtown Bar Harbor and 1 mile west of Eagle Lake.
DOGS STAY FREE! We love kids too. If you need a high chair, a crib or a pac’n’play, we provide them all at no charge. Please bring your own crib sheets. Everyone enjoys the Ryan Summer House.
Remember, pets stay free and there are no cleaning fees.
