The space
Guests are invited to utilize the entire newly-renovated property which includes our 3-story luxury vacation home, 8 car parking area, spacious back patio with an outdoor shower for beach days and a grill and bar for big dinners! Inside our luxury vacation home you will find a private master suite with en suite bathroom, 4 Roku Smart TV’s for entertainment and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite slab countertops for whipping up meals! Our back patio is decorated with glimmering market lights for a cozy, eclectic atmosphere as well as patio furniture and a comfy swing for all your lounging needs. Enjoy the benefits of our perfectly maintained yard that sports a fire pit for s’mores and sand games for all your family and friends. Sand games that we have include badminton, horseshoes, spike ball, bocci ball, and cornhole plus more! Inside the house you will find extra amenities for a fun time such as a Nintendo Wii, cabinet full of board games, and a reading nook for little ones. And of course, guests are welcome to use our semi-private neighborhood beach access for the best beach vacation ever!

Rules

Maximum of 3 visitors (not overnight) allowed.

All guests (and Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and other instructions from the Owner during their stay

Guests must notify the Owner of any disputes, complaints, or any other issues from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

This vacation rental is suitable for children. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood, and upon arrival and departure.

Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties - especially during nighttime hours (10 pm-8 am), and upon arrival and departure.

Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, or loss of rental paid.

Guests are allowed a maximum of 3 visitors at any time during their stay.

Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded, and that visitors are complicit with these house rules.

Parties and large gatherings of any kind (beyond the guest limits) are strictly prohibited at the vacation rental.

Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the neighborhood, and visitor numbers.

Guests and visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles. All cars must be in the driveway or designated parking spots No cars are permitted on the road due to county rules.

Guests and visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with usual practice in the allocated trash cans and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

Both garbage and recycling containers are to be placed by the curb on Thursday night separated.

Any time guests leave the vacation rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. All appliances must be turned off before leaving the premises.

Guests must switch off lights, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the deck and balcony areas.

No children under 5 on the outside balcony unless being held by Parent.

Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy as per the rental agreement.

The Owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the vacation rental, any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
