Overview
I invite you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the intimate, panoramic views of Kachemak Bay and our glacier-filled Kenai Mountains. Come and listen to the quiet crackling of our campfire and let our natural beauty soothe and rejuvenate your soul: watch resident moose and their calves meandering close by in the early mornings and throughout our long sunset-filled evenings. Behold our majestic mountains and glaciers as our extended sunsets paint them with ever-changing hues.
See eagles soaring overhead as sandhill cranes and other migratory birds land in our meadows from spring through fall. Find out why Alaskans call Homer the “Jewel of Alaska” and how we’ve earned the title, “the Halibut Fishing Capitol of the World.” Our peaceful, rural location across the bay from Bonny Kachemak Bay State Park is only minutes away from the heart of downtown Homer. Also glacier views including Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains

Rules
-
Unfortunately because of various past abuses I have to institute new terms to our Pet policies
-
1. There will be a $10 per day fee per dog.
-
2. Proof of updated vaccination records must accompany you and your dog.
-
3. I must be notified either by email at allgoodkarma@hotmail.com or by a personal phone call at 907–299–6200 or you must notify me in the registration section under "Notes" when you make your reservation.
-
Do not just show up with an undocumented dog as you will probably be turned away.
-
As you may be aware there is a new canine influenza rampant in the lower 48 that may soon appear in Alaska.
-
This new flu is generally not treatable at this time and does not respond well to antibiotics.
-
Your dog or any dog is pretty much on its own and has to rely on a robust immune system to defeat this influenza.
-
This is a good time of year to leave your dog home with loved ones.
-
In any case no dogs will be admitted without a rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine and the Bordetella vaccine.
-
The photos you see all indicate king beds in the Inn.
-
These beds are custom-made to break down into twins as needed in any room.
-
We can also accomodate a third adult in any room with a $25 surcharge ($20 for a child under 12).
-
We can also house a family if children are willing to sleep on mats.
